Block of 4 £38 or £10 drop-in.This is a mat-based Pilates class. Please bring your own mat and an easily folded blanket that you can use to support the head or knees in certain positions.
Thursdays

Online via ZoomBlock of 4 £40 (or £12 drop-in)This is a mat-based Awareness Through Movement lesson taught online via Zoom. For an example of a lesson, please see the image and link below.

Please note that the regular weekly classes are normally taught in blocks of 4 weeks, followed by a week ‘off’.

The next 4-week block of classes starts the week beginning 16th March. However, the Easter Break falls during this period, so we will have 3 weeks of teaching, and then break for a week (6th-12th April) and then pick up the fourth week starting the 13th April. We will then go straight into another block of four weeks, starting the week of the 20th April.
